Mobile Mechanical Technician – Temp to Perm – Full Training Provided

Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn on the job and build a long-term career? We’re hiring a Mobile Mechanical Technician to join a busy hire operation, working both on-site and in the workshop. This is a temp-to-perm role, so you’ll have the opportunity to secure a permanent position after proving your skills.

No extensive experience? No problem — full training will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Turning around flooring and cleaning equipment, getting it ready for the next customer
• Carrying out basic repairs, servicing, and pre-hire checks
• Learning to diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
• Keeping equipment clean, safe, and ready for use

What We’re Looking For:

• Great attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Enjoys practical, hands-on work
• Team player with a flexible approach
• Full UK driving licence required

Bonus (Not Essential):

• Any mechanical or electrical experience
• Experience working with tools or equipment

What’s on Offer:

• £32,000 per year (depending on experience)
• Full training provided — no prior experience needed
