Job Title: Estimator – Commercial Refurbishments

Our client, a well-established contractor based in Southampton, is looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. They specialise in commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects, with a strong focus on high-quality hotel renovations across the South of England.

Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and tender submissions, working closely with the wider commercial and project teams. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in commercial refurbishment or fit-out, ideally including hotels or other high-spec interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost estimates and tender submissions
• Reviewing drawings and specifications
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
• Supporting the pre-construction and project delivery teams

Requirements:

• Estimating experience within commercial refurbishment or fit-out
• Strong attention to detail and cost analysis skills
• Confident reading technical drawings and tender documents
• Good communication and organisation skills
