Job Title: MIG & TIG Welder Fabricator

Company Overview:
Our client is a well-established and reputable engineering and fabrication company specialising in high-quality metalwork for a range of sectors including construction, manufacturing, and bespoke projects. Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are looking to add an experienced MIG and TIG Welder Fabricator to their team.

Role Overview:
As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating components using MIG and TIG processes across a range of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work from technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out MIG and TIG welding to a high standard

  • Fabricate components from technical drawings

  • Work with various metals including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium

  • Operate fabrication tools and machinery such as grinders, saws, and presses

  • Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a MIG and TIG Welder Fabricator

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

  • Skilled in working with various thicknesses and materials

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

  • Previous experience in a fabrication workshop environment
