About the Role:

We are currently working with a dynamic and growing company seeking a high-energy, multi-tasking superstar to join their team as a Sales Administrative Assistant. This pivotal role will support both sales and operational teams through sharp administration, detailed reporting, and proactive communication.



Key Responsibilities:


Handle incoming enquiries and manage survey/survey bookings
Monitor and report on sales metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Prepare professional reports, including dictation, copy typing, and formatting
Work closely with surveyors and building professionals (construction terminology knowledge a plus)
Create and manage spreadsheets, data manipulation, and dashboard reporting
Allocate transport costs and generate vehicle-specific reports
Manage team calendars and holiday schedules
Coordinate print orders and manage print-related workflows
Provide administrative support for accounts functions and use accounting software where needed
Maintain a flexible approach to tasks, adjusting to shifting demands in a fast-paced environment


Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in sales support or administration
Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office 365, CRM systems, and spreadsheet/data tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, SketchUp, Print Shop
Knowledge of design software is advantageous
Ideally, experience in the construction, surveying, or property industries
High level of flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong organisational and time management skills
