🚨 Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator – LS27 🚨
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Location: LS27 (with occasional travel)

Are you a highly motivated, career-driven individual looking to take the next step in your career? We’re on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced, reactive operations team — with clear progression opportunities into a Managerial role within 6–9 months.

🔧 About the Role:

This is a hands-on, dynamic position where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of 5 engineers, ensuring seamless project delivery from start to finish.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage engineers’ diaries and site visits
• Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery of products
• Monitor and manage project budgets, keeping costs low and within scope
• Liaise with customers to ensure engineers are booked and site-ready
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure site surveys are completed
• Perform credit checks on customers to avoid delays
• Ensure all departments stay within budget and deadlines are met

• Proven experience in a reactive, fast-paced environment
• Background in project coordination or engineering team management
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Budget-conscious mindset with a focus on cost control
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing a team or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
• Flexibility to commute when required
