Internal Sales Support

St Ives, Cambridgeshire

£28,000–£30,000 per annum

Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

We are recruiting an enthusiastic and commercially minded Internal Sales Support professional to join a growing sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with sales, customer service or account management experience who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proactively generate sales opportunities via telephone and email.
• Follow up quotations, samples and enquiries to convert opportunities into sales.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Prepare quotations and support sales targets.
• Re-engage dormant customers and develop new business.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, organised and target-driven approach.
• Good Maths and English qualifications (GCSE Grade 4/C or above).
