Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting Pick & Pack Operatives to join a busy cosmetics warehouse operation in Aston Clinton.

This is a great opportunity for reliable, hard-working individuals looking to join a fast-paced warehouse team handling cosmetics and beauty products.

No previous warehouse experience? No problem! Experience is beneficial but not essential, so we're keen to hear from motivated candidates who are ready to learn and get started.

⭐ What's on offer?
£13.45 per hour (first 37.5 hours) / O/T £20.17 per hour

Start Date: 16th November (training day 9th / 10th November)

Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 10:00.
Work within the cosmetics and beauty industry.
Gain valuable warehouse experience.
Join a busy team with opportunities to develop your skills.

Working pattern: 6 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends where scheduled (1 rotating day off during the week)

📦 What will you be doing?
As a Pick & Pack Operative, you'll help ensure cosmetic products are picked, packed and prepared for dispatch accurately and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

Picking cosmetic and beauty products from warehouse locations.
Packing customer orders carefully and accurately.
Checking products and quantities to ensure orders are correct.
Preparing orders for dispatch.
Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised.
Working with the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
Available to work 6 days out of 7 on a rota.
Able to work well as part of a team.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential!
