Warehouse Operative – Swindon

Location: Swindon
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
Contract: Temporary with the opportunity to go permanent

Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established business based in Swindon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for consistent weekday hours, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Please note: This is a physically demanding role involving regular heavy lifting and manual handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Loading and unloading deliveries and containers.

• Regular manual handling and heavy lifting of stock.

• Preparing orders for dispatch.

• Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards.

• Using warehouse management systems to process and track stock.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.

• Supporting general warehouse operations as required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.

• Experience in picking, packing and dispatch operations.

• Ability to undertake regular manual handling and heavy lifting safely, with appropriate training and equipment.

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems.

• A reliable, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What's on Offer

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00.
