Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting Pick & Pack Operatives to join a busy cosmetics warehouse operation in Aston Clinton.

No previous warehouse experience? No problem! Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, so we're keen to hear from motivated candidates who are ready to get started.

⭐ What's on offer?

• £13.45 per hour
• Morning shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm.
• Work within the cosmetics and beauty industry.

🕒 Working hours

• Shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Working pattern: 5 days out of 7 on a rota, including weekends where scheduled.

📦 What will you be doing?

As a Pick & Pack Operative, you'll help ensure cosmetic products are picked, packed and prepared for dispatch accurately and efficiently.

Your duties will include:

• Picking cosmetic and beauty products from warehouse locations.
• Packing customer orders carefully and accurately.
• Checking products and quantities to ensure orders are correct.
• Preparing orders for dispatch.
• Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised.
• Working with the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets.

We're looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual.
• Hardworking, motivated and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to follow instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Happy to work 5 days out of 7 on a rota.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.

Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but it is not essential!
