Experienced Warehouse Operative – Evening Shift

Location: Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire (OX7)
Salary: £28,000 per annum (including unsocial hours allowance)
Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 16:00–00:30
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting an Experienced Warehouse Operative on behalf of an established business based near Chipping Norton.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience looking for a stable, permanent position on a consistent evening shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.

• Loading and unloading vehicles.

• Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Preparing orders for dispatch.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.

• Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' previous warehouse experience.

• Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Counterbalance forklift experience or licence would be advantageous.

• Must hold a driving licence and have access to transport due to the location and shift times.

• £28,000 per annum – fixed salary, including unsocial hours allowance.
