Are you an experienced Reach & VNA FLT / Warehouse Operative looking for a well-paid, permanent opportunity with excellent long-term prospects?

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT / Warehouse Operative to join a successful and growing manufacturer and distributor of leisure products based in Bedfordshire.

With a £31,500 annual salary, a permanent contract, a Friday early finish at 14:45, and opportunities for long-term progression, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional looking for stability and career development.

The Role

You'll play a key role across the warehouse operation, combining forklift driving with general warehouse duties including goods-in, goods-out, stock control, picking, packing, loading and unloading.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Reach and VNA forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Receive and check incoming deliveries.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
• Move, locate and replenish stock.
• Complete stock movements using handheld scanners/WMS systems.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory control.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect goods.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets and customer deadlines.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• Valid Reach and VNA FLT licences.
• Strong warehouse and FLT experience.
• Experience with picking, goods-in, goods-out and stock control.
• Counterbalance and PPT experience/licences – desirable.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• A reliable, hardworking attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong commitment to safe working practices.
