At Interaction Recruitment, we don't just fill shifts. We build the relationships that keep the UK's warehouses, factories, and production lines running — and we're looking for a driven Industrial Recruitment Consultant to own that mission from our Northampton office.

What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and growing your own client and candidate portfolio across the industrial sector
- Winning new business with warehouses, manufacturers, logistics hubs, and production facilities
- Sourcing and qualifying operatives, pickers, packers, forklift drivers, and production staff at pace
- Managing the full recruitment cycle — from urgent same-day requests to longer-term contracts
- Building a reliable, ready-to-deploy candidate network you can call on instantly
- Negotiating rates and terms that work for both clients and candidates
- Keeping every placement fully compliant — right to work, inductions, site requirements
- Smashing weekly and monthly billing targets, and being recognised for it
