Site Manager – Midlands - £40 to £45k
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of construction projects across the Midlands.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The Role

• Managing day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Ensuring work meets drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Monitoring progress and reporting against programme.
• Liaising with Project Managers, Contracts Managers, clients and consultants.
• Managing site documentation, quality records and inspections.
• Coordinating deliveries, materials, plant and site logistics.
• Identifying and resolving site issues promptly.
• Leading site meetings and toolbox talks where required.

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site operations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Confident managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Relevant qualifications, ideally including SMSTS.
• CSCS and First Aid certification.
