We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bendi Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution operation based in Aylesbury.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary-to-permanent position with a well-established and growing business.

The Role

As a Bendi Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in the day to day running of the warehouse, ensuring stock is moved, stored and replenished safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating a Bendi/Flexi forklift safely and efficiently.

• Loading and unloading deliveries.

• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse.

• Replenishing stock and maintaining accurate stock locations.

• Checking incoming goods and reporting shortages or discrepancies.

• Assisting with general warehouse duties and manual handling.

• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.

• Following all company health & safety procedures and wearing the required PPE.

• Working as part of a busy warehouse and distribution team.

• Prioritising workload to meet operational deadlines.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• A valid Bendi/Flexi forklift licence and recent experience.

• Previous warehouse experience.

• Good attention to detail.

• A reliable and hardworking attitude.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.

• A flexible approach to warehouse duties.

• A strong commitment to health and safety.
