Warehouse Operatives – Day & Night Shifts

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy warehouse operation based in Wisbech.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term employment, with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Pay Rates

Day Shift:

• Basic rate: £13.37 per hour

• Overtime rate: £16.71 per hour (after 45 hours)

Night Shift:

• Basic rate: £14.00 per hour

• Overtime rate: £17.06 per hour (after 45 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading goods.

• Picking, packing and preparing orders.

• Moving and handling stock safely.

• Carrying out general warehouse duties.

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Working as part of a busy warehouse team.

What We're Looking For

• Physically fit candidates who are comfortable with heavy lifting.

• Reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Good communication skills and a good level of English.

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.

• Own transport is essential if you are travelling from outside Wisbech.
