🔧 MOULDING CELL OPERATIVE – IMMEDIATE START

We are currently recruiting for a Moulding Cell Operative to join a well-established Somerset-based manufacturing company.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business working with injection moulding machinery and play an important role in maintaining high standards of production, quality and safety.

The Role:

🔹 Operating injection moulding machines safely and efficiently
🔹 Monitoring machine performance and product quality
🔹 Carrying out routine quality checks and recording results
🔹 Reporting machine faults, defects and safety concerns
🔹 Basic machine cleaning and maintenance
🔹 Following company procedures and health & safety requirements
🔹 Supporting production targets and continuous improvement

✅ Previous manufacturing/moulding experience is advantageous
