FLT Reach Driver

Location: Peterlee
Pay: £12.71 per hour + £0.50 FLT allowance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm

We are seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual who is comfortable working in a cold environment.

The Role

As an FLT Reach Driver, you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently within a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will be expected to maintain high standards of health and safety while performing your duties and contribute positively to the team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a counterbalance forklift in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure all goods are handled and stored correctly
• Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Work effectively as part of a team

Candidate Requirements

• Valid Reach FLT licence – essential
• Previous FLT driving experience preferred
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual and committed to full-time hours
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Physically fit and able to carry out warehouse duties as necessary
• Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am–5:00pm
