Towing Driver

Location: Bristol (BS10)
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Tow Driver for our client, a leading provider of mobile eco-welfare units.

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity. The role will mainly operate Monday to Friday; however, applicants must be flexible to work five days out of seven when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect mobile welfare equipment from customer sites.

• Complete equipment handovers professionally with customers.

• Thoroughly inspect returned units for damage or shortages.

• Record inspection details accurately using a tablet.

• Take photographs and obtain customer signatures wherever possible.

• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.

• Help ensure vehicle servicing intervals are correctly maintained.

• Use and download digital tachographs in line with current legislation.

• Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

• Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers.

• Complete any other reasonable duties requested by your manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar driving or delivery role.

• Proven experience towing equipment or trailers.

• A valid digital tachograph card.

• A full UK driving licence held for at least two years.

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• A polite, professional and well-mannered approach.

• Flexibility to work five days out of seven when required.
