We're now looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join the team and play a key role in our continued growth.

Please note: This role is based at our Liverpool office. You must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel to client meetings and visits.

• An experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for greater autonomy and earning potential

• A recruiter with a proven background in Commercial, Industrial or Engineering recruitment

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of your desk and develop your own market.

Your role will include:

• Managing and developing existing client relationships

• Identifying and winning new business

• Growing your client base and developing new opportunities

• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates within your specialist market

• Building strong candidate relationships and talent pools

• Attending client meetings and presenting recruitment solutions

• Engaging with decision-makers, including senior management and Directors

• Developing your personal reputation and market presence

• Working towards building your own team or specialist division as your career progresses

What Can You Earn?

Our commission structure is designed to reward performance.

Top performers earn £50k+ per year, with many successful consultants progressing towards £75k+, thanks to our uncapped commission structure.
