Job Title:                    Fulfilment OperativeWarehouse Operative

Pay:                            £12.71ph

Working Hours:         7:00am – 2:30pm

Working Days:           Monday to Friday – may need to pick up extra shifts on weekends.

 Location:                  S9 Sheffield

Job Type:                  Temp ongoing

Job Purpose                    

To contribute to the effective and efficient running pack & distribution department by completing orders to both the company’s and the customer’s specifications and required time scales.

To liaise with the internal stakeholders and ensure the end customer products are sent out correctly.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Processing, Packing & Dispatching customer orders
  • Customer complaints
  • Time-keeping – Job production
  • Low spoilage

Key Accountabilities:

  • To ensure quality of product is to the required standard
  • To complete work to both the company’s and customer’s specifications and standards in line with required timescales
  • To perform or inform about maintenance
  • To maintain efficient fulfilment speeds
  • To support the Supervisor in meeting shift targets and be responsible for the staff and agency resource whilst on shift
  • Fulfilment of Trading Cards items
  • To ensure the clients orders are fulfilled and shipped On Time In full as per specific KPI’s on performance
  • To support the department in fulfilment efficiency and accuracy

General

  • To comply with the Company’s Information Security Management System at all times
  • To comply with all Health and Safety and Quality and Environmental Management System policies and procedures adopted by the Company at all times
    • To pro-actively participate in the development, operation and improvement of the Company’s Management Systems in relation to our external accreditations and legal obligations, for example, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and Health and Safety
    • To represent the Company at external functions in a proper and professional manner, whenever required, having an informed opinion from the Company’s perspective
    • To be well presented for work and conduct yourself in a professional and responsible manner at all times
    • To fulfill the Company’s requirements with regard to the Company’s Management Information Systems at all times
    • To follow all administrative procedures adopted by the Company at all times
