No previous electroplating experience is required – full training will be provided.

You will be trained in the electroplating process, working with manufactured metal components and learning how to prepare, plate and quality-check parts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly or factory experience who wants to develop new skills and progress within a manufacturing environment.

  • Load and unload components safely

  • Learn nickel and zinc electroplating processes

  • Jig and wire components ready for processing

  • Keen to learn a skilled trade

  • Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment

  • Physically fit, as the role involves lifting and moving components

  • Good with their hands and has good attention to detail

  • Able to follow instructions and production processes

  • A good team player

Previous production or manufacturing experience would be beneficial but transferable experience from warehouse, assembly, factory or other hands-on environments will also be considered.

Experience with powder coating, metal finishing, chemicals or engineering drawings would be an advantage but is not essential.
