Manufacturing Operative – Wellington

£12.71 per hour | Monday–Thursday | 07:00–17:00 | Immediate Starts

Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment in Wellington.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent Monday–Thursday working hours, with immediate starts available.

The Role:

• Manufacturing/production duties
• Working to set processes and instructions
• Reading and understanding product labels
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Working as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes

Shift & Pay:

• Monday to Thursday
• 07:00 – 17:00
• £12.71 per hour
• Immediate starts available

The ideal candidate:

• Has a good attitude and strong work ethic
• Is reliable and punctual
• Can read and follow labels/instructions accurately
• Is willing to learn and develop within the role
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
