We're looking for a motivated and reliable Soft Landscaper to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in creating beautiful landscapes, and have a strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and hedges.
• Laying turf and wildflower areas.
• Soil preparation, mulching, and ground improvement.
• Installing planting schemes to landscape plans.
• General landscape maintenance and aftercare.
• Operating hand tools and small machinery safely.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site cleanliness.
• Working effectively as part of a team and following health and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in soft landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance.
• Good plant knowledge is desirable.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically fit with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
• Full UK driving licence preferred (essential if travelling between sites).
