Salary: £40,000 + Bonus

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday

The Role

As Service Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a successful aftersales operation, ensuring both customer satisfaction and commercial performance are achieved. You'll inspire your team, maintain high operational standards, and create a culture focused on continuous improvement and customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Service Department team.
• Manage departmental resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure team members understand and support the wider business strategy.
• Drive performance through coaching, training and performance management.
• Champion exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
• Ensure compliance with company systems, processes and manufacturer standards.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, productivity and profitability.
• Maintain a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
• Deliver a consistent and outstanding aftersales customer experience.

About You

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Senior Aftersales Leader within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercially aware with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Passionate about customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Organised, proactive and able to lead by example.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Driven to develop both yourself and your team.
