About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing site on the outskirts of Wellington.

This is a physically active, hands-on role involving loading materials into bags, operating machinery and supporting the production process. The work is carried out in a covered outdoor environment, providing shelter while working in an industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading materials into bags accurately and efficiently
• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Moving and handling materials safely
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting production targets and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or labouring experience is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Own transport is essential due to the location of the site
