Job Title:                     Van Driver

Location:                     Kettering

Contract Type:            Temporary to cover long-term absence

Working Hours:          Monday to Friday, 07:20 – 16:40

Pay:                             £14 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join our team in Kettering for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving license, be physically capable of loading and unloading the van, possess excellent customer service skills, and be available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

-           Safely operate a van to transport goods to various locations.

-           Load and unload items efficiently and securely.

-           Ensure all deliveries are completed on schedule while adhering to traffic laws and safety guidelines.

-           Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients and customers.

-           Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the van is in good working condition.

-           Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork as required.

Requirements:

-           Available for immediate start

-           Valid and clean UK driving license [essential).

-           Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.

-           Previous experience as a van driver is an advantage.

-           Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

-           Good time management skills and the ability to work independently.

-           Must be reliable and punctual.
