We’re working with a lovely, supportive secondary school in Buckinghamshire who are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant within their SEN department from September 2026.

The school has a strong reputation locally, with a hands-on SENCO and supportive leadership team who really invest in their support staff.

The role:

• Supporting students with additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Working closely with the SEN team and teaching staff
• Helping students stay engaged and make progress in lessons
• Supporting behaviour and building positive relationships

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with young people (school, coaching, care or similar)
• Interest in SEN / additional needs
• Calm, patient and reliable approach
• Graduates and experienced TAs both encouraged to apply
