We are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school with a thriving sixth form in Luton to recruit a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for a permanent role starting September 2026.

The Role

• Teach English across KS3–KS5 (depending on experience)
• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons
• Track and support student progress to achieve strong outcomes
• Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities
• Work collaboratively within a committed English department

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge in English Language and/or Literature
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
