Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver

Location: Bridgwater
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Permanent Rate: Increases to £14.50 per hour upon permanent employment

Shift Pattern (Rotating 2-Shift System)

Week 1:

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00am – 2:00pm

Week 2:

• Monday to Thursday
• 2:00pm – 12:00 midnight

Role Overview

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals seeking a long-term, full-time opportunity with the potential to become permanent members of the team. This role involves a mixture of FLT driving, warehouse duties and machine operation within a busy working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• FLT driving
• Loading and unloading deliveries and collections
• Operating and monitoring machinery
• General warehouse and production duties
• Working efficiently using your own initiative
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Requirements

• Previous FLT experience and licence
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Reliable and committed to long-term employment
• Own transport preferred due to shift times
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bridgwater
