We’re seeking a dependable Machine Operator to run production machinery, maintain quality standards, and support smooth workflow across the packing line. You’ll ensure accurate labelling, correct packaging, and consistent product quality while keeping safety and hygiene at the forefront.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production machinery (Redpack, Ulma, VFF).

• Follow production plans and meet hourly efficiency targets.

• Ensure accurate labelling, packaging, and product quality.

• Complete basic troubleshooting and report faults immediately.

• Maintain clean, safe working areas and follow all safety procedures.

• Carry out stock checks and complete required paperwork.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

What You Bring

• Experience with production machinery (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and admin skills.

• Reliable, flexible, and able to prioritise tasks.
