Renewable Energy Project Manager

Location: Mid Devon

Salary : Up to £50,000

Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about delivering clean, low‑carbon energy projects? We’re looking for a Renewable Energy Project Manager to take the lead on exciting projects that help organisations cut costs, reduce carbon, and move towards a sustainable future.

 The Role

You’ll manage renewable energy projects from concept through to commissioning, working closely with clients, engineers, suppliers, and site teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Typical projects may include:

• Biomass heating systems
• District heating networks
• Solar PV and low‑carbon energy solutions

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading multiple projects across design, procurement, installation, and handover
• Managing programmes, budgets, risks, and stakeholders
• Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Overseeing site activities and ensuring H&S compliance
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

👤 About You

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in renewable energy, M&E, or engineering
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Commercially aware, proactive, and solutions‑focused
• Knowledge of biomass, heat networks, or low‑carbon technologies is a strong advantage
