Production Operative – Night Shift

💷 £13.00 per hour
📍 Near Chipping Norton (own transport required)
🕙 22:00 – 06:30 (30-minute unpaid break)
🚀 Immediate starts available

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy and growing operation on a night shift basis.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be on your feet throughout the shift, working as part of a team to keep production running smoothly.

🔧 What the role involves:

• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Handling products and materials (up to 16kg)
• Supporting different areas of production as required
• Maintaining quality standards and efficiency
• Keeping your work area clean and organised

💪 What we’re looking for:

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Someone who is physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Self-motivated individuals who can keep busy and productive
• Reliable with good timekeeping
• Must have own transport due to location
