Business & Training Administrator

Letchworth– Immediate Start (Tuesday 7th April)1‑Month+ 

Salary: £25,000 (equivalent to £12.82 per hour)

 

We’re looking for an engaging, motivated, and highly organised individual to join our team as a Business & Training Administrator. This role is perfect for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset. What You’ll Be Doing

Administration

  • Processing customer bookings and enquiries

  • Liaising with trainers and customers to schedule courses

  • Sending booking instructions, invoices, and pass certificates

  • Maintaining accurate training records (trainee lists, schedules, attendance, feedback)

  • Updating course and trainer information on the LMS

  • Coordinating off‑site training bookings and venue arrangements

  • Keeping course files and paperwork complete and up to date

  • Preparing reports on training activity and outcomes

  • Suggesting improvements or new programme ideas

  • Troubleshooting issues as they arise

  • Ensuring all training activities meet compliance standards

  • Following up on leads and enquiries

  • Supporting other teams with admin tasks when needed

Sales Support

  • Researching prospects and generating leads

  • Reaching out to new customers via cold calls and emails

  • Identifying and recommending new business opportunities
