Job Title:          Warehouse / FLT Driver

Location:          Corby

Pay:                  Up to £27,912.80 per year

Due to continued growth, they’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join their busy, friendly production team.

Whether you’ve worked in food manufacturing before or are simply a hands-on team player looking for a new challenge, this could be the job for you

What you'll be doing:

Weighing, mixing, and packing goods

Accurately complete production paperwork using an iPad, in line with BRCGS AA standards, retailer approvals, and full traceability requirements.

Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace (“clean as you go”)

Handling materials safely – heavy lifting required

Working efficiently as part of a small, supportive team

Always following hygiene and safety standards

Ideal candidate:

Previous food production experience (preferred but not essential)

Good communication skills and a team mindset

Basic Maths, English, and computer skills

Reliable, positive, and flexible attitude

Physically fit and able to work at pace

Forklift licence is a bonus – training can be provided
