ob Opportunity: Flexi FLT Driver – Immediate Start
Location: Byker
Pay: £12.95 per hour + Shift Allowance

We are currently seeking a motivated Flexi FLT Driver to join our team for an exciting and dynamic role. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in operating a Flexi FLT, who is adaptable, punctual, and ready to work across varied shifts in a growing company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, helping us meet the needs of our customers and contributing to the success of our business.

Hours (From April onwards):

• Dayshift: 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday

• Backshift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm, Monday to Friday
  Flexibility to cover both shifts is required.

Shift Allowance:

• Morning Shift (6:30am-2:30pm): 10% uplift, increasing your hourly rate to £14.25 per hour

• Backshift (2:30pm-10:30pm): 15% uplift, increasing your hourly rate to £14.90 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operating a Flexi FLT to move and store goods in the warehouse

• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

• Completing necessary paperwork and documentation

• Communicating effectively with the team and management to ensure smooth operations

• Assisting in loading and unloading goods as required

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Flexi FLT license

• Previous experience operating a Flexi FLT is essential

• Flexibility to work both morning and backshift patterns

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Please Note:

The role will transition into shift patterns for April, May, and June with the hours as listed above. Flexibility is essential.
