Salary: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator for a temporary 3-month contract to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, office-based position in Croydon, CR0, offering flexibility on which 3 days you work each week. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting various sales functions and assisting the CEO and Directors with administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and senior management.
- Handle sales support functions and provide excellent customer service.
- Invoicing and processing orders.
- Keep customers updated on delivery schedules and manage customer queries.
- Make client calls to follow up on orders, deliveries, and other inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain commission reports for the sales team.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to produce sales reports.
- Excel proficiency is essential for creating reports, tracking data, and managing sales performance.
- Assist with various admin duties for the CEO and Directors as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a Sales Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (creating reports, data analysis, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in customer service and invoicing is advantageous.

- This is a temporary contract for 3 months, working 3 days per week with flexible days.
- Office-based in Croydon, CR0.
