Job Title: Working Foreman

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman to join a busy construction project with one of our established clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong site experience and leadership skills to oversee daily operations and support the successful delivery of works on site.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating site operatives and subcontractors

• Overseeing day-to-day site activities to ensure work progresses as planned

• Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and to the required quality standards

• Monitoring workmanship and making sure all tasks meet industry regulations

• Working closely with site management and project teams to maintain clear communication

• Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the site

• Supporting and guiding team members to ensure efficient and productive work

• Managing site materials, tools, and equipment responsibly

• Keeping records of site progress and reporting any delays or issues to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Working Foreman or in a similar supervisory role

• Strong understanding of construction site operations

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple site activities

• Strong commitment to site safety standards

• Valid CSCS Card required
