Senior Recruitment Consultant – Exeter

£36,000 – £39,000 + Uncapped Commission
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00

Are you an experienced recruiter looking for genuine independence, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to build and grow your own successful temp desk? We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Exeter team in a full 360 role, driving new business and developing long-term client relationships.

The Role

This is a full 360 recruitment position, ideal for someone confident in both business development and candidate management. You will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing your own temp desk
  • Generating new business and opening new client accounts
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
  • Working strategically to maximise billings and expand your market

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven temp or perm recruitment experience
  • Strong new business generation ability
  • Evidence of desk growth and/or strong billings
  • Professional, confident, and commercially driven approach
  • Motivated by high earnings and development
  • Industrial and/or Driving sector experience preferred, but not essential
