£36,000 – £39,000 + Uncapped Commission

Are you an experienced recruiter looking for genuine independence, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to build and grow your own successful temp desk? We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Exeter team in a full 360 role, driving new business and developing long-term client relationships.
The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment position, ideal for someone confident in both business development and candidate management. You will be responsible for:
- Building and managing your own temp desk
- Generating new business and opening new client accounts
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement
- Working strategically to maximise billings and expand your market

What We’re Looking For
- Proven temp or perm recruitment experience
- Strong new business generation ability
- Evidence of desk growth and/or strong billings
- Professional, confident, and commercially driven approach
- Motivated by high earnings and development
- Industrial and/or Driving sector experience preferred, but not essential
