About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Soldering Operative to join a well‑established manufacturing team in Aylesford. You will be soldering small metal trays using a gas torch, ensuring each tray is sealed accurately on all four sides.

This role demands precision, consistency, and a strong eye for detail, as all completed pieces are quality checked to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Soldering small metal trays using a gas torch
• Ensuring all four sides are completed accurately and consistently
• Working to a high-quality standard with minimal defects
• Following safety procedures and production guidelines
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of soldering experience (gas torch experience highly desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and high‑quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and meet daily production targets
• Reliability, good work ethic, and punctuality
