About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Picker/Packer to join our client’s team in Ashford on a straight permanent contract. This role involves handling small car components, many of which look very similar, so excellent attention to detail is absolutely essential.

This is a light-duty role—no heavy lifting—and you’ll be packing products to a high standard in a clean, organised environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate picking of small components
• Packing items to a consistent, high standard
• Ensuring correct labelling and order accuracy
• Maintaining a tidy work area
• Following company procedures and quality requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of picker/packer experience
• Strong attention to detail – the components are small and similar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to start immediately
