Role – Scallop Cutters

Location – Near St Austell

Hours – 5.00am till finish

We are looking for skilled Scallop Cutters to join our clients busy processing team. You will work within their high‑quality seafood production facility, preparing scallops to precise specifications.

The role will initially be paid at £12.21 - £12.71 an hour increasing once you are up to the required production speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Cutting, cleaning, and preparing scallops to customer and quality standards
• Maintaining high levels of hygiene and food safety throughout processing
• Working efficiently on the production line to meet daily throughput targets
• Inspecting products for quality and consistency
• Following health & safety procedures and supporting a clean working environment

You must have experience in scallop or shellfish processing.
