Senior Education Recruitment Consultant – Romford

£30,000–£45,000 basic + strong, uncapped commission

We’re expanding our Education division in Romford and are looking for an experienced consultant who wants to take ownership of a desk, grow it properly, and be part of a team that backs each other to succeed.

This is a senior role, ideal for someone who already understands the education market and wants a position with more responsibility, autonomy, and earning potential.

• Uncapped commission (paid on monthly GP)

The role

• Build, manage, and grow your own desk within the Education sector
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with schools and MATs
• Source and place teachers and support staff
• Run the full recruitment cycle with pace, accuracy, and consistency
• Work collaboratively with a driven team as the division continues to grow

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of Education Recruitment experience
• Someone confident working in a fast‑paced, office‑based environment
• Strong relationship‑builder with a reputation for reliability
• Organised, resilient, and proactive
• Ambitious and keen to progress as the division scales
