Welder – Precision Engineering Role

Location: Wellington, Somerset 🕒 Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00

• Friday: 08:00 – 15:00

Pay: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour (dependent on experience) 📄 Contract Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm

Your Role

As a Welder, you will:

• Weld a variety of metal components 

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols

• Ensure all welds meet strict quality standards

• Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workspace

• Contribute to production targets as part of a collaborative team

 What You Bring

• Welding experience or relevant qualification

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Dependable, hardworking, and a true team player
