The Role

As the school’s Netball Coordinator, you will:

  • Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and progressive netball sessions across a range of age groups.

  • Lead, organise, and manage school netball teams, fixtures, and tournaments.

  • Support skill progression and promote teamwork, confidence, and resilience.

  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive sporting environment where all pupils feel valued and motivated.

  • Contribute to a school community committed to nurturing confident, independent learners.

Key Requirements

  • Experience coaching or playing netball (experience working with children is highly desirable).

  • Strong organisational skills with a proactive and reliable approach.

  • Enthusiasm, energy, and the ability to inspire young players.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with pupils.

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
    (This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory safeguarding clearances.)
