Location: Silsden, Bradford, BD20

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per year + Commission

08:15 – 17:15pm Monday to Friday

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and customer service to work in a supportive environment where you will be engaging with our existing customer base, nurturing relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
•  Achieve and exceed sales targets with commission incentives
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Collaborate with the wider sales and customer service teams to ensure excellent client support

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident and professional on the phone
• Experienced in sales or customer service (preferably B2B)
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• A team player who thrives in a supportive environment
