This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to play a key role in expanding market presence, building strong client relationships, and delivering long-term commercial growth.

The Role:

As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and identifying ways to maximise revenue across both new and existing accounts. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and to support the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted markets
  • Build, nurture, and manage strong client relationships
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and meet/exceed agreed sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery

About You:

  • Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Account Management role
  • A self-starter with a proactive and resilient approach to winning business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
  • Commercially aware with strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Positive, team-oriented, and motivated to succeed
