Job Title: Trainee Worktop Installer

Location: Northampton
Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 18:00
• Friday: 07:30 – 16:00
  (48 hours paid per week)

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Interaction Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturer of high-quality granite worktops, supplying premium products to customers across the region. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated individual to join their team as a Trainee Worktop Installer.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you will learn how to install granite worktops to the highest standards. Full training will be provided, but you must be prepared for physical work and take pride in your appearance and workmanship, as you’ll be handling valuable products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of granite worktops at customer sites.
• Learn to handle and fit worktops safely and accurately.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Driving licence preferred (due to travel requirements).
