The Package: • Overtime available: • Midweek @ 1.3x • Friday @ 1.5x • Saturday @ 1.5x • Sunday @ 2x • 22 days annual leave + Public Holidays (pro rata) • 4 day week! • Training & development opportunities • Internal progression routes • Company pension scheme • Company sick pay ________________________________________ The Duties: • Set and operate CNC grinding machines to produce precision components • Work with Fanuc or Siemens-based control systems • Interpret technical drawings and grinding specifications • Perform in-process inspection using micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools • Conduct routine TPM checks and basic machine maintenance • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation (5S) • Ensure traceability and quality compliance throughout production • Collaborate with team members and report to supervision ________________________________________ The Requirements: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC Grinding • Apprentice trained or qualified by experience • Strong understanding of Fanuc/Siemens controls • Skilled in reading engineering drawings and using precision measuring equipment • Experience working with exotic materials (e.g., Inconel, Titanium, Hardened Steel) • Self-motivated and able to work independently ________________________________________ Interaction Recruitment We have specialist consultants across various industries within the UK, including but not limited to Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial, and Hospitality.
