🌟 Job Title: Stock Control Operative
📍 Location: Marden
💰 Pay Rate: £12.26 – £12.84 per hour
🕒 Shift Pattern: 4 on / 3 off rota, 7:00am – 7:00pm
📅 Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Stock Control Operative to join a busy production team. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of stock between our stores and packhouse areas, helping to keep production running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Move stock to and from the stores and packhouse areas in a timely manner.

• Strap, label, and prepare pallets for dispatch or storage.

• Accurately record stock movements using our internal ERP system.

• Work closely with production and logistics teams to maintain efficient stock flow.

• Follow all health & safety and company procedures at all times.

About You

• Previous experience using a pallet truck is desirable (training will be provided).

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude.

• Must drive due to the location of the site
