Trainee Operatives Required! 

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset 

Hours: 4 on 4 off DAYS & NIGHTS 06:45-18:45 & 18:45-06:45

Pay: £13.39 per hour - rising to £15.91 after 12 weeks!!!

Contract Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Perm

• Competitive salary of £13.39 per hour / £15.91 after 12 weeks ! Overtime payments, paid at 1.5x the hourly base rate

Your Role

• Operate machinery
• Complete visual checks on the machine and flag any issues
• Quality checking the product during the manufacturing and after completion
• Wrapping and loading orders
• Contributing to effective and accurate shift handovers
• Work as part of a team
